Rachel is a graduate of the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, Trinity College Dublin. Shel has experience working with children and adults, both individually and systemically, in a wide variety of settings. Rachel has experience in working therapeutically with a great deal of mental health issues including Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex Grief, relationship difficulties and parenting challenges. She also has experience in the field of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Rachel believes passionately in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and is committed to providing the conditions that allow for this in her work. She adapts her approach to suit her client and has training in the use of several different models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
