MSC Counselling Psychology
Sinead is a Counselling Psychologist. She completed her MSc in Counselling Psychology in Trinity College Dublin and her undergraduate in Psychology in UCD. Sinead provides both short and long term therapy to clients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma and relationship difficulties. She employs an integrated approach to therapy based in the Humanistic tradition and drawing from Attachment Theory Research, and she is also experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Sinead works with adults, children and families. When working with children and their families, she approaches the presenting issues through therapeutic play, working to enhance attachment security between parents and children.
